Yes, you can create an account with us. Just click on the icon in the top left of the page, from here you can create an account or sign in with Google or Facebook.

Once we have sent out your order or you have collected it, you may return the goods for a full refund, without giving a reason, as long as the goods are with the original packaging, unused and you do so within 30 days of buying them. You will have to pay any costs involved in returning them to us. If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship, you may contact us for a refund or to arrange repair (if we decide) at any time in the first 12 months. All we ask is that you explain what the problem is and give us details of the purchase. Some of the goods we sell carry longer manufacturers’ warranties. Our guarantee is aimed at giving you extra peace of mind. It is not a substitute for the manufacturer's warranty.

We will deliver your order to most addresses in UK mainland. For standard delivery, we use a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods the next working day. If you live in a remote area or the carrier finds your address more difficult to find, your delivery may take a little longer. With some of the more remote areas such as the Highlands of Scotland, delivery can take several days. Any free delivery offers apply to UK mainland addresses only. If a quicker delivery is important, then please notify us at the time of order and we will endeavour to use one of our premium delivery options. Whether these options are available will depend on where you are and, in some cases, the time of day. We will confirm this with you at the time you place your order. We, or our carrier company are unable to take any responsibility for loss if you request that we leave goods unsigned. At Solar Proofing Solutions, we offer free shipping on orders over £50. To qualify for free shipping, simply ensure that your order total is over £50 before taxes and shipping fees. Once you meet this requirement, the free shipping option will automatically applied during checkout. Please note that free shipping is only available to UK orders. Typically, orders placed before 4:00pm - Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00pm - Monday to Thursday will be shipped the next day. If you place your order after 4:00pm on Friday, the order will be processed the following Monday.

Once your order has left our distribution centre, it should arrive within 1-2 business days.

Our range of Solar Panel Mesh Clips can be used to attach our Solar Mesh (PVC & Galvanised): The Solar Panel Mesh Clip with locking nut works as a removable fixture for servicing and general maintenance. The Push Fit Solar Panel Mesh Clips are to be used as a permanent fixture for solar panels.

There are two ways in which you can attach the solar panel spike. We offer a range of high-strength adhesives that gives a strong initial grab and holds firm after one second. If you or your customer is not happy with the use of adhesives, we also offer the Solar Spike Speed Clip. This type of fixture allows the spike to be removed if needed.
